Download OneTouch® usb cable drivers v2.0

Download the OneTouch® USB Cable Driver for the USB version of the OneTouch® Interface Cable. The driver is required to use the OneTouch USB Cable with your computer. The USB cable is compatible with Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista®. The OneTouch® USB Cable Driver is required only for the USB version of the OneTouch® Interface Cable. Please read the instructions before starting the download.

Instructions for Download and Installation

  1. First ensure that your OneTouch USB cable is unplugged from your PC.
  2. Choose the "Download" link and save the installation file to your PC. The file is named USBDriverSetup.exe. You may choose the location where you wish to save it.
  3. Once the file is saved on your PC, locate it and double-click on the file name.
  4. You will be presented with InstallShield instructional messages. Follow these instructions.
  5. Once installation is complete, you can begin using your OneTouch Interface Cable.

    Additional Information: Performing an "Uninstall"

    If you need to uninstall the driver at some point in the future:

    Option 1: Uninstall from the Windows® Program Menu

    1. Select the "Start" button, then open the "Programs" option, and then choose "OneTouch USB Driver - Uninstall"
    2. You will be presented with InstallShield instructional messages. Follow these instructions.
    3. Select "Yes" to reboot your PC when prompted. It is recommended that other running programs be shut down before rebooting.

    Option 2: Uninstall from the Windows® Control Panel

    1. Open the "Control Panel" and choose the icon for "Add/Remove Programs."
    2. Locate and highlight "OneTouch USB Driver." Select "Remove."
    3. You will be presented with InstallShield instructional messages. Follow these instructions.
    4. Select "Yes" to reboot your PC when prompted. It is recommended that other running programs be shut down before rebooting.
