Assistance locating products

OneTouch® Blood Glucose Meters are available free to insulin users in the UK & Ireland from our OneTouch® Customer Care team. They are also available at your diabetes clinic. Please speak to your Nurse or GP for more details. Our test strips and lancets are available on NHS prescription. If you have trouble locating any of our products please call us.

Guidance in using LifeScan products

We can guide you on how to use LifeScan products and answer specific queries on problems you may be having using your meter, OneTouch® Diabetes Management Software or blood sampler.

Prompt replacements

We understand the importance you place on having a blood glucose system that works accurately. After troubleshooting any problems you may have over the phone, we will supply sundry items or replace the meter promptly if necessary.

Data Management technical support

LifeScan offers software support specialists to assist with your data management needs. Free support for OneTouch® Diabetes Management Software is available from Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5.00pm, by calling the Technical Support Helpline on 0800 028 0616 for the UK, or 1800 535676 if you are calling from Ireland. Support materials

To promote diabetes awareness and personal responsibility for self-care, LifeScan UK provides literature to help people gain a better understanding of diabetes. We also provide Record Books to existing users of LifeScan meters.
